Kelli Frederick, M.A. — Founder and CEO of Empowerment Coaching Global LLC

I Pivot. I Don't Quit.

I'm Kelli Frederick — author, speaker, advocate, empowerment coach, accessibility leader, doctoral scholar, and Founder & CEO of Empowerment Coaching Global LLC. My work is rooted in the belief that pain does not get the final word.

Over the course of my 20-year career, I have worked across counseling, vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, higher education, student success, disability access and accommodations, leadership, advocacy, and public-facing service. I have sat with people in their hardest moments and helped them find a path forward.

I understand what it means to experience pain, loss, trauma, ableism, rejection, and circumstances that try to silence your voice. That lived experience is not separate from my professional work — it is the foundation of it.

20 Years of Service

A Career Built on Purpose

My professional journey has spanned multiple sectors — all connected by a single thread: helping people who have been overlooked find their footing and move forward. I have worked in counseling, vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, higher education, student success, disability access and accommodations, leadership, advocacy, and public-facing service. Every role has deepened my understanding of what it means to be marginalized, underestimated, and still rise.

Counseling & Rehabilitation

Direct service work helping individuals navigate barriers to employment, education, and independence.

Disability Access & Advocacy

Leading accommodations, accessibility initiatives, and systemic advocacy for people with disabilities.

Higher Education & Student Success

Supporting students — especially those from marginalized communities — in accessing and completing their education.

Workforce Development

Connecting people to meaningful employment pathways and the tools they need to sustain them.

Leadership & Public Service

Serving in leadership roles that center equity, access, and the voices of those most often left out.

Empowerment Coaching

One-on-one and group coaching rooted in advocacy, lived experience, and the belief that every person has a purpose worth pursuing.

The Movement

Why I Built This Movement

Empowerment Coaching Global LLC was not born from a business plan. It was born from lived experience — from knowing what it feels like to be in a box that wasn't designed for you, to be told your voice doesn't matter, to be overlooked in systems that were supposed to help.

I created this movement for people who are tired but not done. For people who have been wounded but are still standing. For people who need someone to say: your pain does not get the final word. You are still here. You are still becoming.

I do not believe people should be forced to fit into boxes that ignore their identity, experience, abilities, needs, or purpose. I meet people where they are — while helping them establish and pursue meaningful goals.
