For over 20 years, my professional career has centered on helping people overcome barriers, access abilities, establish meaningful goals, and move toward employment, education, independence, healing, and purpose. I have worked in counseling, vocational rehabilitation, workforce development, higher education, student success, disability access and accommodations, leadership, advocacy, and public-facing service. I understand what it means to experience pain, loss, trauma, ableism, rejection, and circumstances that try to silence your voice. I created Empowerment Coaching Global for people who are tired but not done — rooted in advocacy and the belief that pain does not get the final word. Empowerment Coaching Global is more than a business. It's a movement.
