How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy focuses on healing past wounds and treating mental health conditions — it is clinical work done by licensed mental health professionals. Coaching is present- and future-focused: we start from where you are today and build toward where you want to go. Kelli holds a Master's degree in counseling and brings deep clinical insight to her coaching, but coaching sessions are not therapy and do not replace it.

What does a coaching session look like?

Individual sessions are 59 minutes via Zoom. You and Kelli will explore what is holding you back, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and co-create a clear path forward. Sessions are conversational, compassionate, and action-oriented. Group sessions run 65–75 minutes and include peer support alongside Kelli's guidance.

How much does coaching cost?

Individual sessions are $65 per session (59 minutes via Zoom). Group coaching is offered as a six-session package for $240 total — that is $40 per session, making it one of the most accessible options available. Payment plans and sliding-scale conversations are available; reach out and we will find a way to make it work.

How do I get started?

Do you work with clients outside of Texas?

Yes. All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom, so Kelli works with clients across the United States and internationally. Time zone accommodations are available — just mention your location when you submit your consultation request.

Is coaching confidential?

Coaching conversations are confidential. However, confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by law, including situations involving imminent risk of serious harm to you or another person, specific abuse and neglect that must be legally reported, or a valid court order.
